Today Malia turns another month older. It's hard to believe that one year ago today we were just returning home from China. But here she is, a year older and so different than the baby we brought home.
At 23 months, Malia says well over 60 words and is beginning to easily repeat even more words. She can sign several words as well. She loves doing the motions to the song "The Wheels on the Bus" and can "shake her booty" with the best of them. She loves watching the cartoons "Max & Ruby" and "Dora." She LOVES climbing and just plain being active.
The only way I could get her to sit still for pictures today was to have her call her Daddy and talk with him. She can be quite the jabber jaws on the phone when she wants to be.
We love you, sweet Malia! We continue to be so thankful that we are family together. May God watch over you and may you put your trust in Him.

Happy 23 months, Malia. You are such a fantastic addition to our family. It's difficult to think of life without Malia. We love you so much and are very happy God has blessed us with you. We pray you will think the same about us.
