RQ reports that an agency says the cutoff is the 22nd. How this agency knows this - despite all the lack of rumors so far this past month - is a little puzzling. I'd be thrilled if the 22nd was the cutoff - that would be 10 days of LID's in this batch! However, I'm sooooooo not expecting it.
