HHMMMMM...

Well, I must say I like where this rumor is going ... up on the rumor scale. RQ has posted that several agencies have stated January 22 might be the cutoff. It's now an R3 (out of 5). Hoping this is true, but not holding my breath.

However, here's something exciting to think about ...

Chinese New Year in 2006 was January 28 thru February 5. Should the cutoff be the 22nd that would only leave 5 more days of January LIDs to get through (January 23 - 27) and 4 days in February to get to the 9th (February 6 - 9). 5+4=9! Nine days of LIDs between January 22nd and February 9th. Wow!!! That's about all I can say. Now all we can do is wait and see what comes of the January 22nd rumor. R3 rumors have been proven false before. But I'm still holding out hope.

It's still looking possible for an August referral. We'll see what God has in store for us. Thank goodness His timing is absolutely perfect because we trust in it completely.

UPDATE: One of my January DTC Yahoo Group members received her referral call today. Her LID is January 19th and her agency said the cutoff is the 22nd. She's supposed to be receiving her baby's picture and information tomorrow. 22nd cutoff is looking even better!

AHHHHHH!!!! I am soooooooooo excited, I may not be able to sleep tonight!!!!!!!!! This has been an AWESOME week with some families we have been helping and now this possible good news!!! Two families adopting from Taiwan got their referrals this week! I pray you are NEXT!! Why do you think it would be August? If they do 10 LID in June, maybe they would do 10 in July and you'd get the referral in July, right?
We are going to have one big CELEBRATION when you finally get your referral, girl!!! Love ya!

My, oh, my! July & August are coming quickly! Yeah, rah and all that jazz! I'm so excited (and afraid I don't have enough money saved yet for the trip)! Whatever God has in store, we can handle, even when we think we can't. Our prayers for Malia and all the children in China is ongoing, and our prayers for the families awaiting their bundle of joy!
Love ya lots dear daughter & family (and granddaughter to be)!
