PLAYDATE!

After months of trying, we were finally able to get together with some of Malia's friends, Bella and Caroline. We didn't travel with these families, but live close together and have become fast friends through the special bond of adoption. Bella and her Mommy were gracious enough to host our get-together at their new home, which includes one fantastic large playroom. Here are the girls getting started with their playtime.

After the girls played for awhile and the Moms talked, we had some lunch. Afterwards, the girls had a blast playing on the stairway.

Thank you Bella and Maryann for hosting our playdate. We had such a fun time! Can't wait for our next get-together, which will hopefully include our long-awaited friend, Chloe - who's family (our friends, Brian, Tonya and their son, Isaac) is in China RIGHT NOW to meet her and bring her home!
