As I've read through a few of the most recent comments on our blog, I am fearful that some people who do not know me or my family may be thinking that I am Melody. I am not. Melody is the in-China director of our adoption agency. I thought I was doing a decent job of giving her the credit and recognition for the sections in my posts, but may not have. My hope is that people were just so anxious to read certain parts of the posts that they missed the comments I made. I'm terribly, terribly sorry if anyone has thought I was Melody. I apologize for any confusion or upset feelings.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to these worried families who have posted with concerns for their children.
I pray they will be safe traveling to these areas and that their children will not be affected mentally by this horrible disaster.
Our prayers are still with you, too, Jen and Rick as you watch this unfold and wait with anticipation to see where Malia will come from.
