Coloring Easter Eggs

We finally got around to coloring Easter eggs today. Spencer will be hunting these tomorrow morning before church.

He got creative and created two new ways to color eggs. This first one was really clever. He put the egg on a plate and took spoonfuls of dye to drip over it, which created a tie-dye effect.

Then he took the papertowel from underneath and wrapped it around an egg. What a creative guy we have.

Rick - the jokester that he is - likes to have at least one "Uh-oh!" picture. Here's the one for this year.

Ohhhhh, and look! I found the golden egg!

After coloring eggs, we headed over to Rick's sister's house for some fun family time. The kids played ... and so did the adults. We had lots of fun playing "Imagine If" and highly recommend it for some fun laughs.

Happy Easter everyone! We hope you'll join in celebration tomorrow at the joy of our risen Savior!

These photos are just too cute. He is as imaginative as his mother and dad are. It must run in the family. Have a great time searching for the eggs you hid...lol
Happy Easter. There is a Risen Savior that waits for us to join Him. Praise God for all He has done for our family and others.
Love you all so very much.

What fun times! You are just so clever...you've found a new way to scrapbook and journal at the same time. We thank God for our loving family and the fun times we have together. We love having you all together and hearing the laughter and camaraderie. "My boys" enjoy their times together also. Thanks for helping make it happen!
Love, hugs, kisses & smiles,
