Tonight was Spencer's last elementary program. It's so hard to believe! We were very proud of him tonight. Not only did he sing with his peers ...
... he played a guitar solo ...
... and sang a duet with his buddy, Tanner.
The program tonight focused on making good choices and respecting others. Next year begins a new chapter in these young lives as they move over to the Junior/Senior High School. Please join us in praying that our beloved son will grow into a strong, courageous, and godly young man, who uses his gifts and talents to glorify God.
Okay, here's the video of Spencer's guitar solo. He decided the day before the program to learn the chorus to "Iron Man"! Nothing like choosing something easy! Anyway, he learned the chords 24 hours before the program and had only a handful of hours to practice. Not bad!

Great program. It is always cute to watch the kids perform. Spencer is not shy at all when it comes to his part in the program.
We love watching the kids do their thing. Spency was super duper great with his guitar piece.
We are so proud of all of our grandkids. We love all of them so very much. We are so blessed that we can be a part of each of their lives. We need to pray for all the young people on the stage last evening. They have a difficult road ahead of them with the choices they will be making.

Ohhhhhhhhh Spency....you sounded sooooo good. I am so glad Mom got this on the blog for everyone to see.
Grandma and Grandpa Wagoner cant wait for you to get a gig. They will be in the front row cheering you on. I think I will be there too....waving and cheering. I may even dance a little. Be sure and mention my name during your concert. (Gma is smiling on that one)
Great job with so little time to practice. Just goes to show you what you can accomplish when you set your mind to do something.
