Our sweet, sweet girl ...
You are 19 months old today! How happy we are that you were born! How happy we are that God brought us together to share our lives with one another! You bring such joy and happiness into our lives. Every day you make us smile and laugh. You are so full of energy and spunk and joy. You seem to enjoy life and show such curiosity to things that are going on around you. You are very laid back and don't seem to get uptight about your surroundings, even when they are new to you.
We love you for so many reasons! We love how you are mimicking more and more words every day. You can say "turtle" and "choo choo" when you hear or see a train. We love hearing you say "amen" as we end prayer and your precious sounding "uh-oh." We love how you strut around when you're wearing something new. We love your confident and independent personality. We love that you are willing to stand up for yourself already, but yet you have such a loving side, too. We love your hugs, especially when you pat us on the back. We love your kisses and seeing your big pucker! We love how you go for what you want (even if it is the cat or dog), and your "I want it so I'm going to go get it" attitude. We love your ever-ready smile and sweet laugh. And when you say "Hiiiiiiii!" with such passion, it melts our hearts!
You are such a blessing in our life, Malia, and we are so very thankful for you! May God bless you abundantly in your life journey. May you be strong in Him, your roots of faith deep, your footsteps always following His path for you, and your heart courageous and brave to do His works. You are amazing, Malia! We love you so deeply!

Happy 19th months sweet, sweet Malia. We can't imagine life without you. It's amazing that so much love can be found in one so small. You are a joy to watch,a joy to hear, a joy to see you with Spencer. The months are flying by and you are learning so very much.
