RQ has upgraded both current rumors to R5's. So, she's fairly certain that referrals left last night (China's Wednesday) and the cutoff is November 14, 2005. I'll wait to comment further until we know it's all fact. If referrals were mailed last night, they are expected to be here the end of the week or early next week - but apparently some have been known to arrive the next day. I guess we just wait and see.
