Well, today was the greatly anticipated fingerprint day. And, despite the fact that I temporarily lost my wallet which contained my photo identification, it was a fun day. We picked Spencer up from school at 10:30 to head to Indy and made it in plenty of time this time - no road construction or detours that slowed us down today.
After being fingerprinted we headed to Carmel to eat at BD's. Since we weren't quite hungry enough to eat yet, we went to Clay Terrace to walk around. We browsed around at Finish Line and Circuit City - where I happened to find a great camera bag that we plan to get for our trip to China, and Rick found a video camera we'll probably get for our trip as well. Close to where we parked was this store called "Lids". We thought about stopping in to see if we could get a different log-in-date (a.k.a. LID) ... you know, like maybe October 27, 2005.
Finally, we were ready to head to BD's Mongolian Barbeque where we feasted on delicous stir fry and then treated ourselves to ice cream sundaes. What a wonderful day we had together. We were so happy Spencer was able to go along with us this time and join in on one of the adoption hoops that will bring home his long-awaited sister. And, according to him, it's been the best Friday the 13th ever!

What a great Friday the 13th you had. So glad you didn't have the Saturday weather on Friday! Was a true blessing you all are to our families. We are so proud, happy and thankful for you as major part of our family. Glad all worked out with the super glue incident and that Spencer was able to be a part of this stepping stone to his sister. We love you all very much.
Love, hugs, kisses & smiles,
